Refund policy


We want you to be happy and love your towel! 
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us right away via our email and we'll do our best to solve them. 

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. 

For orders placed during November & December, our refund window is extended to 60 days!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwrapped and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Preparing Your Item for Return/Exchange

The cost involved in returning an item to Breathing Travel will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customer's sole responsibility. You will be required to return the item at your own expense (unless in the case of a faulty product).

For your own peace of mind, we recommend you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation. Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received.


We do not offer refunds on sunscreen items.

Is My Return/Exchange Eligible?

Your item needs to be unused, unmarked, unwashed and odour-free.

Breathing Travel reserved the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide you with an address to send your item to.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
